Welcome to my site. Some rules of the road and things you should know:
1. The properties on this site are listed with the local MLS, Gulf South Real Estate Information Network through a sharing of listing information between Brokers and contains listings from all brokerages.
2. You are welcome to view these properties with no hassles, no sign ups and no aggressive salespeople calling you. You may search at your convenience. I run this site the way I would like to search for properties myself.
3. If you find properties that you are interested in or have questions about you are welcome to contact me. I am not trying to sell my listings but rather I am want to sell you whatever property is best for you.
4. Your contact information, email and/or phone number will not be shared with anyone without your permission. I am the only person who will have access to that information if you decide to contact me. There are various places on this site to shoot me an email or call my cell.
5. If you are searching online please understand that in this mls area many brokers are not syndicating or sharing their listings with sites like Zillow and Trulia which are national sites you may heard of. You will not be able to see the entire inventory of available properties on those sites because real estate is local and the rules are local. If you have searched for properties in other areas and are used to finding everything on those sites do not expect that to happen here. Likewise the statistics on those sites are inaccurate because the complete set of available inventory is not included.
6. I have been a licensed real estate broker for the past 20 years. I work as a Buyer’s Agent and can help you find the right property, right community and will represent your interests in a purchase of real estate. If you decide to call the listing agent they will either represent the seller ,will work as a dual agent and or there will be no representation.
7. I understand that it can take buyers quite a while to search on their own before they are ready to contact an agent and that is fine, take your time.
