Into my inbox popped a question that a buyer just posted to Trulia. This buyer indicated that he likes a particular house on the West Bank of New Orleans. His question is why is the house on the market for so long and is there anything structurally wrong with it. He then says that he has an agent. So:
1. Either he is just saying he has an agent so he will be left alone;
2. Or he has an agent and doesn’t trust the agent to answer his question;
3. Or somehow he thinks an agent he does not know will somehow feel an obligation to answer his question honestly and expose the condition of this house on Trulia
4. Or I honestly don’t know what he is thinking
I then see that an agent in Connecticut is answering a question for a buyer in New Orleans. Connecticut is on the East Coast of this country and New Orleans is in the South and so I ask myself why in the world would an agent in Connecticut respond to this and then I see the following posted on Trulia:
