Comparing the number of houses available for sale in October of 2016 to the number of properties for sale October of 2015 you see a small buildup of about 200 homes. Comparing the number of pended sales for the same period you can see 20 less homes pended and the same with sold properties there are 19% less sold. Days on market are increasing slightly as well.
Looking at the Uptown charts below there is a significant change with inventory building, sales slowing and days on market longer.
Market is slowing and we are moving to a buyers market.
